New kit partner for Dragons

Dragons have joined forces with VX3 and parent company Lovell Rugby to announce an exciting new long-term partnership. The sports apparel specialists will become the region’s official kit supplier from the 2018/19 season.

Under the new agreement VX3 will provide two new playing kits, training jerseys (pictured), performance training and leisurewear for the new season for Dragons first team, the new Regional A side as well as the age grade and Dragons Women teams. Lovell Rugby who are global leaders in online rugby retail have also partnered with the Dragons as long-term training and leisurewear sponsor.

The new Dragons team kit designs and an extensive training and leisurewear retail range will be revealed in August at a Kit Launch event for the community, to be attended by the Dragons playing squad, corporate partners, and our supporters, who will be able to place their orders.

“We are delighted to be wearing VX3 from next season,” said Dragons Head Coach Bernard Jackman.

“Like the Dragons, VX3 are a fresh new brand, with an ambitious vision, albeit with many years of experience at their core in business and in sport.”

“Myself and a number of our first team players have been down to work with VX3 to ensure we have kit that meets our demands, and have been very impressed by what we saw.”

“Seeing the products designed, developed and distributed here in Wales is important to us as we know we will benefit from the quality and expertise VX3’s hugely experienced design and technical team possess.”

Dylan Petche, Managing Director of VX3 added “We’re delighted the Dragons will be the first Welsh region we have signed to work with. They share our values and ambition to grow their business and we’re committed to working together to drive the team forwards.

“With over 70 clubs in the region, both VX3 and Dragons are also keen to support the grassroots game, building greater relationships and offering exclusive benefits for clubs and schools within the region.”
